Convert a Word document to a PDF

If you are creating your own PDFs from Word documents, you can skip the “export to PDF” and upload the .docx file directly to Anvil. In this way, you are also able to skip a configuration step by adding text tags.

Create a Word document that you wish to be used as a PDF Template or in an Anvil Workflow.

Save the document as a .docx file. Note that other Word file types are not supported.

Navigate to the PDF upload page of either PDF Templates or Workflows.

Upload your .docx file and Anvil will automatically convert it to a PDF.
