Select multiple fields on a PDF at once

You may want to edit multiple PDF fields at the same time, especially when configuring a new PDF template or after replacing an underlying PDF. Using the drag selection tool, you can select sets of PDF fields at once and use standard keyboard shortcuts to manipulate them. A few common use cases: - When replacing the underlying PDF, you can cut and paste existing fields to new pages or shift them around to accommodate new coordinate positioning. - When setting up PDF fields for a table, you can speed up the process by copying and pasting rows.

Use the keyboard shortcuts to copy ctl + C or cut ctl + X. Use copy when you want to make additional fields with the same labels and data types, such as when you are constructing a table. Use cut to move fields across pages with ctl + X.

Paste ctl + V onto the intended page and move to the desired location on the page.
