Set an access code on a submission

For webforms containing sensitive information, you may want to set additional security around who has access and how they can access the submissions. Setting an access code will require anyone outside of your organization to enter the pin you have set to view or download a submission. Setting an access code as described here will add password protection to a submission once it has been started.

You can also set access controls for each webform while building a Workflow to enable users to set their own access pin code when they start a new submission.
