Disconnect a signer from an individual field

If you do not wish to have a PDF signature field signed as part of a Workflow, you can disconnect a signer from any individual field. This will allow you to keep the PDF signature box as a placeholder for a signature, without removing the field. If you would like to disconnect a signer from all assigned signature fields, delete a signer from a Workflow instead.

Navigate to the Workflow editor.

How to navigate to the Workflow editor

Select a PDF signature field.

Select the PDF signature field you wish to remove a signer from. This will open the field editor in the right side panel.

Select 'No signer'.

Select 'No signer'.
