Edit Workflow version information

Version history allows you to rollback your Workflow to previously published versions. Clear version information can help you keep track of the changes you made in each version of the Workflow. In this article, we’ll show you how to edit your Workflow version information.

The version information appears on the Workflow dashboard to let you know which version of the Workflow is currently live. You can find the information of previously published versions in the Workflows’ Version history.

To update a Workflows’ version information:

  1. Navigate to your Workflow dashboard

  2. Click the settings icon in the top right corner

  3. Select Version history from the dropdown menu

  4. Locate the version you wish to edit and select it

  5. Click on the three vertical dots to the left of the version name

  6. Select Edit version information… from the menu

  7. Enter your new version information in the the field > Save
