View the activity timeline on a Workflow submission or Etch packet

Use the timeline to see activity on individual Workflow submissions and Etch packets. The timeline will show activity from users within your organization as well as external users accessing the packet or submission.

Back to Help Center

For Etch packets:

Navigate to the Etch packet that has either been sent or completed.

Click into the packet you are interested in.

Scroll down to view the timeline.

For Workflow submissions:

Navigate to the Workflow dashboard.

Find and click into the submission.

Scroll down to view the timeline.
