Void a signature on an Etch packet or Workflow submission

In order to make changes to an Etch packet or Workflow submission after it has been signed, you will first need to void the signature packet.

For Etch packets:

Scroll to the bottom of the timeline.

Click “Void Signature Packet”.

Provide a reason for voiding the packet

If desired, make any changes to the packet and resend or come back to it later in the drafts section of the Etch dashboard.

For Workflow submissions:

Click “Void Signature Packet” just before the timeline.

Provide a reason.

To update, unlock the submission if it is locked. Click “Locked” and provide an access code or reason as necessary.

Once the submission has been unlocked you can update the data by clicking “all data” on the webform you want to update. Click “edit info” of the page you want to update.

Once all updates have been made, hit the “Copy Review and Sign” and send to the first signer to restart the signing process.
