Connect to Zapier

Zapier is a no-code tool that helps you automate moving information from one app to another. You can build a Zapier automated Workflow (a Zap) that sends webform data from Anvil to any of the 3,000+ Zapier-connected apps, including Salesforce, Slack, Stripe, Google Sheets, Gmail, and many more.

To configure a Zap using data you are familiar within your Workflow, you should complete a test submission in Anvil. This will be extremely useful when mapping fields from your Workflow to another app in Zapier!

Currently, Anvil’s Zapier integration allows you to trigger a Zap on a Workflow completion. We will continue to add new functionality - let us know if you don’t see something you are looking for!

In Anvil, complete a test submission in the Workflow you wish to connect.

How to test a Workflow

In Zapier, create a new Zap.

Select Anvil as your trigger application. You will be prompted to connect your Anvil account if you have not already done so.

Complete the Zap setup following Zapier’s instructions. When you are mapping Anvil webform fields in any action step, you will be able to see your test submission data.
