Navigate to the webform editor

Use the webform editor to make changes to the overall webform itself including naming, form access, and page headers. From here, you can also add or edit any individual webform field.

For existing Workflows:

Edit Workflow.

Click on the gear icon to the right of the Workflow title and select Edit Workflow.

You will be redirected to the Workflow editor.

The Workflow editor has a navigation bar at the top with 3 tabs: Webform, Preview, and PDF. When you enter the Workflow editor, you will be in the Preview tab which will show you your webform and PDF side-by-side.

Select the Webform tab.

Click on the Webform tab at the top of the page to begin editing the selected webform.

If you have multiple webforms in your Workflow, use the webform toolbar dropdown to find the webform you would like to edit.

Edit your webform.

From the webform editor, you can edit the webform name, page headers, URL suffix, form access, or the selected form.

For new Workflows:

Add a new Workflow.

Click on the + New Workflow button at the bottom of your left side navigation. You can also start a new Workflow from the Create Workflow button or if it’s your first time using Anvil, from the Welcome card on your Workflow dashboard.

Select a document.

Upload a PDF or docX to convert into an Anvil Workflow or select an existing PDF template and click Let’s go.

You will be redirected to the Workflow editor.

Select the webform tab.

Edit your webform.

From the webform editor, you can edit the webform name, page headers, URL suffix, form access, or delete the selected form.
